Our Mission

I work with clients to set challenging but sustainable goals to change. There is a huge connection between our physical and mental health. The changes we make in the gym impact every aspect of our lives; energy levels, mood, self confidence, relationships, and how we move. Grit is about working hard to reach your goals despite challenges, and my goal is to build a community where people are comfortable to learn, to get strong, and to feel better everyday.

What We Offer

  • Personal Training focused on individual goals

  • Online lifestyle coaching: Programming, nutrition, and weekly check-ins. This is great for people that belong to big gyms but need help gaining muscle or losing fat, or want to transform for a wedding or big event.

  • Drop in classes: booty build, full body build, and HIIT classes; no membership required

  • Online Nutrition or Macro Nutrient Coaching to help the most inexperienced eaters, athletes competing, or individuals with a specific goal

  • Open gym

  • Small gym with a big personality. We are a community that was built to support and push each other
